21 months old

Dear Ingrid,

Today you are 21 months old. We will celebrate your second Easter tomorrow and you have been loving all things related to the holiday. You have participated in three organized egg hunts and a couple dozen more in our living room. You really enjoy looking for the eggs and opening them to see if they have any prizes in them. I have had so much fun sharing these Easter traditions with you. You are such a fun girl to be around. You still love playing with all your toys and reading books. We can spend hours and hours playing with just a few things. You have really been enjoying the warm spring we've had so far. We've gotten to play outside quite a bit and you have loved every second of it. You love all learning things. You know all your letters consistently and can usually name one or two things that start with that letter. We are working on your numbers now, and you are starting to get several of those as well. You are a great eater. You love almost every type of food, which makes meal times a pleasure. You are really interacting with Liv a lot more lately. You love to help in any way you can: by getting her paci, diaper, wipes, clothes, shoes. You like to hold toys up for her or play peek-a-boo with her blanket. It's so fun to watch the two of you together. I am counting down the days until summer so I can play with you every day!
